EQUALITY OFFICER'S RECOMMENDATION NO. EP 02/1996

This dispute concerns a claim, by the Union (S.I.P.T.U.) on behalf of seven male employees employed by the Eastern Health Board (E.H.B.) in St. Mary's Hospital, Phoenix Park, that they are entitled to the same rate of renumeration as that paid to 3 named comparators in terms of Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974. The names of the claimants and the comparators are listed in Appendix A along with the pay scales for these grades.
