BACKGROUND:

On the 6th July, 1995, the worker referred the dispute to the
Labour Court under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality
Act, 1977. A Labour Court hearing took place in Castlebar on
29th November, 1995.

DECISION:

The Court, having considered the written and oral submissions of
the parties, does not find that reasonable cause has been shown as
to why the reference of this dispute was not made in accordance
with the Provisions of Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality
Act, 1977.
