Over the Christmas period 2013, the following Hearing Schedules and Office Opening arrangements will apply -
Employment Appeals Tribunal
There are no sittings of the Tribunal on 20th, 23rd, 24th and 31st December 2013. There will be sittings in Dublin only on 27th & 30th December 2013, and on 2nd & 3rd January 2014.
Applications will be taken on those days in line with usual Tribunal practice.
Full sittings of the Tribunal are scheduled to resume on Monday, 6th January 2014.
Labour Relations Commission
The Offices of the Labour Relations Commission at Tom Johnson House, Haddington Road, Dublin 4 will be closed on Wednesday & Thursday, 25th & 26th December, and on Wednesday, 1st January 2014.
Labour Court
The Offices of the Labour Court at Tom Johnson House, Haddington Road, Dublin 4 will be closed on Wednesday & Thursday, 25th & 26th December, and on Wednesday, 1st January 2014.
Workplace Relations Customer Service
The Offices of the National Employment Rights Authority at O'Brien Road, Carlow will be closed on Wednesday & Thursday, 25th & 26th December, and on Wednesday, 1st January 2014.
Workplace Relations Customer Services will handle telephone queries as normal (09.30 - 17.00, Mon - Fri) outside of the above dates, with the exception of Friday, 27th, when the service will be available between the hours of 10.00 - 12.30 and 14.30 - 16.00 only.
Equality Tribunal
The Offices of the Equality Tribunal at Davitt House, 65a Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 will be closed on Wednesday & Thursday, 25th & 26th December, and on Wednesday, 1st January 2014.
