BACKGROUND:
2. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 22nd February, 2007. The following is the Court's Determination:-
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under the National Minimum Wage Act, by Vesma Siloya, c/o Greg O’Neill Solicitors, Suite 109, The Capel Building, St. Mary’s Abbey, Dublin 7 that her former employer, Noel Lalor T/A Lalor Mushrooms, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-035381-MA-05/JH, dated 22nd November, 2006.
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer and no appeal having being brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee
€12,047.44 in settlement of her claim under the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000 in relation to the under payment of wages.
