The dispute concerns a claim by the above named that he was discriminated against by The Kazbar, on the gender ground, in terms of Sections 3(1)(a), and 3(2) (a) of the Equal Status Act, 2000 and contrary to Section 5(1) of that Act, when he was refused access to a service, which is generally available to the public in the respondent's premises.
