the Irish Dairy Board

This dispute concerns a claim by S.I.P.T.U. on behalf of Ms. Virginia Synnott that she was discriminated against by the Irish Dairy Board when it offset exclusively maternity related illness against normal sick leave entitlements. The claim was referred under Section 3(c) of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974 and under Section 2(a) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
