BACKGROUND:

2. A Labour Court hearing took place on 27th March, 1997. The following is the Court's Order:

ORDER:

Having examined the submissions from both parties, and the evidence submitted as to the principal business carried out by the Company in the period 1973 to 1991, the Court has concluded that the terms of the REA do not apply for that period.

The Court notes that the Company has registered two employees since 1991.
